ASSESSING YOUR CHILD FOR TUTORING

Assessments are an essential part of education and is ongoing throughout the learning process. Our comprehensive assessment has two parts: a skill-based evaluation and a preferred learning style determination. The skill-based assessment reviews a student's reading, writing, and math ability.

  • Reading: Decoding, fluency, comprehension, writing, keywords
  • Writing: Keyword, sentence, paragraph, and essay development
  • Math: Add and subtract, place value, describe and compare measurable attributes, identify, describe, and work two- and three-dimensional shapes, quadratic functions and modeling, and descriptive statistics.

Guardian Tutoring

Our experts guide the parents of homeschoolers and other interested parents in structured reading, writing, and math intervention so families can positively impact their child's academic success.

Guardian Advocacy

This course teaches the basics of student advocacy so families can confidently navigate general and special education settings with the knowledge that many parents do not have.
